Project Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of civil projects across Tasmania. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to manage a variety of projects.
Key responsibilities include: Proven experience in project managementPlanning, organisation, and administration of projects, including coordinating staff, subcontractors, & materialsLeading Safety, Quality, and Environmental standardsManaging client and stakeholder relationshipsEnsuring compliance with contractual obligationsOverseeing tender processes, procurement, and logisticsStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and MS ProjectThe ideal candidate will have: A minimum of 5 years' experience in project managementA diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related fieldExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence at all levelsThe ability to prioritise and make timely decisionsExperience thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentAt Gradco, we offer excellent working conditions, including a competitive salary package with a company vehicle, and opportunities for career growth and development.
