Who are you? As a strategic project manager, you drive results through precise budget management, a strong commitment to safety, and a collaborative approach.
You're an effective leader who influences through building positive relationships with stakeholders and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
With proven experience in end-to-end project management—including business case development, contract management, and integrating project outcomes—you deliver safe, timely, and commercially successful results.
A tertiary qualification, ideally in a related field such as Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, along with project management certification, is highly regarded.
About the role: To put it simply… you will handle the planning, implementation and operational hand-over of capital projects to contribute to delivering a range to capital projects focused on generation asset replacements of hydropower assets that have been operating for over 100 years!
As a Project Manager, you will be…
? Contributing sustainable and commercially responsive asset management through delivery of safe and timely project outcomes.
? Managing the supervision and administration of contracts to ensure the agreed obligations are fully delivered.
? Managing the preparation of consultant briefs, service agreements and contract documentation.
? Actively managing, tracking, and reporting on assigned budgets associated with projects.
? Working collaboratively within the Asset and Infrastructure business unit including the wider Capital Planning team, Major Works, and Production Operations teams.
