This role is a 40-hour week too, which for the Civil Construction industry is extremely rare to find!Civil Construction Projects For:State and Local Government.Statutory AuthoritiesCommercial BuildersPrivate sector clientsResidential, Industrial and Rural subdivisionsRoads and Car parksSewer & Stormwater / Water InfrastructureBuilding site civil worksAbout the Role:The Project Manager's position will involve overseeing selected projects in conjunction with our management team including:Contract administration including preparation of progress and variation claims.Providing knowledge and advice on technical matters.Project administration, client, service authorities, subcontract & resident liaison.Developing client relationships.Preparation of tenders and quotations for review.Material take-offs, ordering, authorizing invoices, monitoring and project costing.Developing project-related project management & safety management plans.Onsite and office-based duties.
