Job DescriptionPrepare Capital expenditure and acquire necessary approvals.Site Take over after signing contract.Assign approved designer for each Brand.Coordinate with the designer for the operation requirements.Review design before approval.Approve the proposed design from the operation and then approve the final design from upper management.Prepare Consultancy Bid Documents and evaluate Contractor's Bids for Clients.Prepare and use project management items such as Weekly expended man-hours report, Manpower profile, Man-hour expenditure curve.Overall project progress S curve, overall cost expenditure curve, Project scheduling/planning, Achievements of the period under report, planned activities for look ahead.Maintain drawing control log showing project progress based on actual completion of drawings, also showing percentage completion of non-drawing-based activities, Weekly progress report, and Monthly progress report.Management activities include preparation and implementation of PMP & project control guidelines, interdisciplinary coordination, attending & recording weekly progress meetings, technical review, and project proposal approval meetings, dealing with the client.Provide Project Consultancy service and supervision including Conceptual Structural Design, Detail Structural Design, Reviewing Structural Design, Providing Consulting Services during construction.Consult on Structural Problems such as Structural modelling, Structural Repairs, Increasing Structures Heights or Extensions.Support Unsafe Structures and inspect existing structures for evaluating their safety, and prepare Bidding Documents, including Technical Specification, Material Take off, Construction Contracts, Dealers Communication, and lead large projects from the pre-construction phase advising in all matters pertaining to design, technical quality, construction sequence and realize specifications of the projects.Manage Project Design and Construction Management including Full RFP process for all Consultants, Managing design to budget, Managing design to schedule, Interface with site engineering functions, Suggest alternative Technical Solutions to meet Client requirements more efficiently, Participate in Value Engineering and Value audit activities, Resolve and/or Escalate issues in a timely fashion, Comply with Company's policy, procedures and practices.Job RequirementsGreat educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers.Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector, especially with dynamics systems.Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
