The Responsibilities Construction cost & buildability assessment of early concept designs including cost estimates for feasibility purposes Actively build strong relationships with key stakeholders and manage ongoing communication, inclusive of regular reporting and meetings Purchaser/client /tenant variations scope, pricing & delivery Chairing/attending meetings of builders and design consultants Monitor and implement detailed programs for Design, approvals, procurement, and construction. Cost control and cash flow management Overview and guide consultant input including - design/recommendations/solution and response in a timely manner Ideal Skills/Experience At least 5 years in managing new built-form projects Prior experience in managing a full project lifecycle in built-form.
