We are seeking people who:Have experience in a Civil Construction Manager role.Live locally to Gladstone or South East QueenslandAre visible and provide true leadership and mentoring to your team.
Responsbilities: Develop project or maintenance execution plansConsult with Aestec Management, Clients and Sub ContractorsBuild and maintain Client relationshipsEnsure all Client requirements and expectations of Safety, Quality, Schedule and Budget are metManage compliance in line with relevant legislations, regulations and standardsCoordinate employees, sub-contractors, materials and machineryIncident investigations and reportingOversee performance improvement processes and quality managementSupport the operations of Aestec by using your specialist skills and knowledge to advise and support in strategic decision making and daily operationsIt would be great if you also have:Relevant Trade Certificate or relevant experience.
Certificate IV in Project ManagementA minimum of 3-5 years in a Project Management role within the civil construction industry.
Practical and manual skills in all construction fieldsIntermediate use of Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookA positive attitude towards yours and others safety.
