About the role
Your role as a Project Manager is all about managing the safe, profitable, timely and quality delivery of projects. You'll have a chance to mentor junior team members and be trained to join the next generation of state managers. You can also look forward to leadership programmes and resources to help you get the most out of your teams and your career. In this role, you will be managing:
the delivery of multiple projects from pre-construction through to handover and defect liabilitythe performance of the project team, including career/skill development and mentoringthe delivery of projects in accordance with building specs and standardshead and sub-contractual requirementstender interviews and letting of contracts, including subcontractor negotiationsproject delivery systems and EHSQ responsibilitiesthe financial responsibilities of our projectsthe detailed programmesWhy we're a great place to work
