As a result our people get to enjoy working on some of the most exciting projects in the world.Job DescriptionLead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interfaceDeveloping working relationships, problem solving and driving projects to successful completionManaging the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectationsReviewing project plans and specifications, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc.Managing project safety and environmental requirementsManaging project timelines, risks and reportingManaging project budgets and advising on options to keep budget on trackChairing project/site meetings with clients, consultants and contractorsQualificationsA recognised Degree or equivalent qualification relating to a technical field: Construction Management or Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Cost Management or relatable trade experience5+ years project management experience (ideally client side/consulting)Baseline clearance preferred but not essentialAbility to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment.Advanced Microsoft skills are essential and Primavera skills will be highly regardedTechnical ability to lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interfaceExcellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills.Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a teamHighly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your clientAdditional InformationThe salary range for this full-time role is $40K-$72K per year.
Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary.
This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package.
