Randstad Defence is looking for a Project Manager / Assistant Program Manager to support various stages of the project lifecycle for the Joint, Land, Maritime, and Aerospace Systems Divisions of CASG.
As a Project Manager, you will provide advice on project management approaches, plan and schedule, and conduct risk assessments to ensure project deliverables are met.
The role is based in Canberra with some travel required.
About the RolePlan and develop project deliverables;Prepare tender and contract documents;Develop and review project risk, budget, FIC plan, and execution strategies;Prepare a precise Integrated Project Management Plan in accordance with project specifications to plan key project milestones, work streams, and activities;Manage all resources involved in the completion of the project to ensure budgets and costings are achieved efficiently;Develop innovative solutions, procedures, and systems to achieve efficient and sustainable work outcomes.About YouCertification in project management, such as PMBOK, PMP, or Prince2;An understanding of the Defence Capability Life Cycle;Project Management experience across complex Defence projects;Extensive project management experience in CASG, preferably in Pre-Gate 0, Pre-Gate 1, or 2;Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.The candidate must be an Australian citizen and have an NV1 clearance minimum.
