The CompanyApproach is teaming with a leading national builder specialising in building and façade remediation works throughout the ACT region. With a diverse portfolio spanning remedial, heritage, facades, roofing, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality projects valued from $50k to $15m.The RoleAs a Project Manager, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, working closely with State Leads and Operations Managers. You will manage projects from commencement to completion, including planning, scheduling, cost control, and budgeting. Key responsibilities include managing client and subcontractor relationships, leading WHS, Quality and Environmental standards, maintaining the design process, developing project programs and timelines, and reporting on project progress.What You NeedThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of project management experience, strong commercial acumen, and preferably experience in a contractor environment. You should have experience in the local Australian construction market, particularly in commercial, remedial, residential, and façade projects. Additionally, you should have the ability to create and deliver project programs, lead and mentor a project team, and possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
