Job Summary The Project Manager will oversee the successful planning, scheduling, and execution of customer implementation projects, including software implementations, consulting, training, and custom development. This role requires close collaboration with customers, Professional Services, and Development leadership to ensure that project requirements related to scope, schedule, and cost are fulfilled. Additionally, the Project Manager is responsible for managing customer relationships throughout the implementation phase, culminating in a seamless transition to the software support team upon project completion.
Responsibilities Collaborate with the sales team to understand and prepare for upcoming implementation, consulting, and development timelines. Manage the scope, schedule, and budget of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with project goals. Prioritize and coordinate customer requirements for inclusion in each project's Statement of Work (SOW). Work closely with development managers to define and stabilize project scope and deliverables. Oversee internal functional User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the technical solutions meet client expectations. Utilize Jira for tracking development tickets and maintaining progress visibility. Requirements Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university 3+ years of professional experience in a Project and/or Product Management role 3+ years of professional experience in an asset-intensive industry (oil & gas, manufacturing, mining, etc.) 1-3 years in software project management/software delivery is a plus Experience in Microsoft Project is a plus Why PG?
