We are currently entering our next phase of growth, which means we are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Project Manager to join the WorkingMouse team.
As a Project Manager, you will manage projects across cross-functional software teams.What you'll be doing:Coordinate Product Lifecycle: Oversee products through Discovery, Modernisation, and Optimisation stages, ensuring quality and timeline adherence.Manage External Product Owners: Guide external product owners through the software lifecycle, ensuring alignment with project goals.Collaborate for Solutions: Work with teams to innovate solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.Maintain Budget and Financial Accountability: Develop and monitor project budgets to optimise resource allocation and meet financial goals.Facilitate Agile Processes: Lead agile rituals and project meetings to track progress and ensure timely delivery through backlog management.What we're looking for:Professional Background: 8+ years in product management, software development, or similar roles.Stakeholder Engagement: Proven expertise in stakeholder management, requirements analysis, and user story development.Agile Proficiency: Experience applying agile methodologies to manage risks and issues effectively.Leadership Skills: Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and a focus on human-centered leadership.Process Improvement: Ability to drive process enhancements for team efficiency and project success.Experience in Government Projects: Previous involvement in government projects preferred, with an understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance.Highly Regarded:Security Clearance: Baseline clearance or higher advantageous.Certifications: PRINCE2.What you can expect from us:Innovation: Work with our unique Codebots Technology along with Jidoka Methodology.Benefits: Competitive salaries and employee benefits.Travel: Opportunity to travel to Canberra.Culture: A warm and collaborative work culture, in which everyone is included in decisions and opportunities, regardless of your role, age, or how long you've been with the company.Location: We are conveniently located in the center of Milton, right above the train station.
