About the role

Join a dynamic team as a full-time Project Manager based in North Side of Brisbane, Queensland.
In this key role, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
In this role, you will be overseeing a large multi-storey project therefore previous experience building apartments will be required.
What you'll be doing Develop and implement comprehensive project plans to guide the successful completion of construction projectsManage all aspects of project execution, including scheduling, resource allocation, risk mitigation and stakeholder communicationLiaise with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to coordinate work activities and resolve any issues that ariseMonitor project progress and provide regular updates to ensure projects remain on trackEnsure all projects adhere to relevant regulations, safety standards and quality requirementsProvide leadership and mentorship to junior project team membersWhat we're looking for Significant experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager in the construction industryMust have experience project managing large multi-storey structuresDemonstrated success in leading the delivery of complex construction projectsExcellent problem-solving, decision-making and conflict resolution skillsStrong project management expertise, including the use of scheduling and budgeting toolsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and contractsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsTertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g.
construction management)Have an open QBCC licenceProven track record of delivering projects on time and within budgetWhat we offer
