Your new company

Your new company is an Australian wide construction company. They focus on all fit-out and refurbishment projects, across; workplace & commercial, health & aged-care, education & childcare, retail & hospitality, community & recreation. With a diverse pipeline of work, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team. Tenure is important to them, so candidates with short job histories will not be considered for this role.


Your new role

Your new role will consist of;


Project planning, scheduling, cost controlling and budgetingManaging client and sub-contactor relationships throughout the entire project life-cycleProviding technical knowledge and commercial awareness to clients and senior managementManaging and maintaining the design process to set standards to meet the project charterSome CA work including; progress claims and variations, scope of works, subcontractor packages and procurement schedules What you'll need to succeed

Strong Project Management experience from a reputable builder central to SEQ. You must have a strong background in the commercial fit-out and refurb space with strong tenure in previous roles.
