A valued client of Design & Build recruitment is looking for a Project Manager to join an existing site team. With a brand new project on the horizon, you'll be on the this project from the start. It is required that the successful applicant have recent and relevant high rise residential new build experience within the Queensland market.

Role & Responsibilities
You will be reporting and working directly with the Construction Manager Onsite, always executing project delivery strategy Ensuring all financial project reports are reviewed for accuracy and profitability Stakeholder engagement and management Coaching and mentoring your team of engineers, CAs, site managers, foreman Program/schedule management  Control of all subcontractors Identifying and reporting risk where relevant, whilst operating in compliance with ethical practices Experience Recent and relevant commercial new build experience  QBCC Open Supervisor License (essential) & Construction management degree or similar Project value in excess of $40M+ as a minimum.
