McLean Care is a leader in aged care, with innovation and growth at the heart of our business strategies. To support our extensive range of projects, we are inviting an experienced Project Manager for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. Are you ready to drive transformation in aged care?
The Role As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading key organisational projects, delivering outcomes on time, within budget, and within scope. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, focusing on non-technical projects that align with McLean Care's business objectives in the aged care or healthcare sectors. These non-technical projects may include service design, service modelling, and scaling services to meet the growing needs of our organisation and client base.
About You At least 5 years' experience managing projects in aged care or healthcare, with a strong understanding of industry compliance requirements. Proven track record in delivering non-technical projects, including service design, service modelling, and scaling services, on time, within scope, and budget, particularly within community services or aged care. Experience in IT project is complementary. Demonstrated ability to manage and engage a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior leadership, project teams, and external partners. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritise effectively. Familiarity with project management tools like Microsoft Project or Monday.com. Knowledge of various project management methodologies, such as PRINCE2, Agile, or Waterfall. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on motivating non-technical teams. Exceptional verbal and written communication, capable of conveying complex concepts to a diverse audience. Strong presentation and reporting abilities to communicate project progress and challenges. High-level analytical and problem-solving skills to anticipate challenges and proactively implement solutions. Experience in risk identification and management.
