Salary: $5,784.20 to $6,120.40 per fortnight + super
Key Responsibilities:Strategically engage and maintain strong professional partnerships with internal and external stakeholders in the development of operating models, frameworks and other outputs to drive engagement and positive outcomes.Proactively monitor, control and drive performance against project plans, deliverables and schedules.Facilitate effective communication channels to promote the successful adoption of change within the business, and foster relationships through lessons learned, feedback mechanisms and management of expectations.Oversee the preparation of all project reporting documentation, including status reports, executive reports and Board reports, and other ad-hoc reporting.Represent the project at senior levels and establish and sustain mutually productive partnerships with stakeholders at both local and statewide levels.Role Fit:The essential requirements for this role are:
Demonstrable experience in successfully managing complex and large-scale projects.Expertise in applying established project management methodologies and providing advice on the use of appropriate project management techniques and tools.Well-developed leadership and management skills, and experience in building and sustaining high profile multi-disciplinary project teams to achieve high quality project outcomes.Highly developed communication and interpersonal competence, including resilience and a proven ability to lead negotiations, resolve conflict and positively influence and motivate others in a significant environment of reform and change.Ability to identify and drive process improvement by using evidence to demonstrate the need for change, as well as the being able to communicate how change may be enacted.Proven issue identification, analytical and research skills, problem solving skills and a demonstrated ability to develop innovative, sensitive and practical solutions and provide expert strategic advice to complex issues.Qualifications, Registrations and Other Requirements:While not mandatory, a relevant qualification would be well regarded.Ability to work across South East Queensland sites.How to Apply:Please provide the following information to the panel to assess your suitability:
