Having joined forces with Ranbury in 2023, we have experienced significant growth and are continuing to expand our sectors and service offerings across the Eastern seaboard.
As a result of this growth, we're on the lookout for a Project Manager to join the Queensland Building team. Our Property & Building team specialises in delivering total solutions through effective planning and project management methodologies. This way we help our clients minimise risk and deliver the right outcomes for every project.

Located in our Brisbane CBD offices, as a client-side PM, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget, to the highest possible standard. Overseeing scope of works. Engaging with contractors and consultants. Report writing and client management. Overseeing contract management, variations, and claims. More about you…
To be successful in this role, you'll need demonstrate:
Experience as a Client-Side Project Manager or have a background in Construction. Health/hospital construction experience favorable. Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with stakeholders. High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset. A willingness to work with team members and deliver outstanding outcomes for clients. Qualifications in Project Management, Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline.
