As the key interface between the delivery groups and the Project Sponsor, you will effectively operate across different functional groups and divisions, which is crucial to the position's overall success.
You will;    Oversee the creation of Project Proposal documentation and estimates, ensuring they meet the Project Sponsor's requirements  Develop a detailed Project Management Plan to guarantee the project's successful implementation  Actively build and maintain positive working relationships with team members and key stakeholders  Manage multiple projects simultaneously, each with varying levels of complexity  Handle the development of contract specifications, conduct tender evaluations, and manage contracts with external design, construction, and testing contractors  Continuously review project performance against the agreed scope and broader project goals, addressing issues and taking corrective actions as needed  The people you'll join: As a member of our Operational Support Services, you will be based in Brisbane ensuring that all specific project objectives are achieved, encompassing every aspect of the project, including scope, budget, schedule, quality, procurement, communication, and risk management.
What you'll bring:    Degree level qualifications in Project Management, Engineering or relevant field, or lesser qualification coupled with significant experience in project management in an industrial environment.
Proven ability to create structured team and project plans, including scheduling, resourcing, and communication/engagement, to ensure adequate preparation for achieving required outcomes and aligning planning with broader organizational objectives.
