You will be responsible for managing and reporting on the assigned projects, to control outcomes, customer satisfaction, schedule and budget.
The role requires a strong understanding of Project Management principles and some technical understanding of IT infrastructure.
Your key responsibilities: Actively review hours logged against project budgeted hours.
Logging of project issues, risks and actions against project documentation.
Support for Consultants to ensure that the Brennan Project Framework is followed and that all processes, procedures and documentation is completed.
Engage with Sales & Consultants to complete internal and external planning for project delivery.
Work with Consultants and customers to develop project schedules and ensure schedules are communicated to relevant stakeholders.
Ensuring project teams receive appropriate project information.
Ensure Change Management policy is adhered to, capturing out of scope works and liaising with project delivery team to document changes to scope and costings.
Ensure that the project tracking and reporting tools are kept up to date Execute the Project Proposal Review process for pre-sales proposals assigned to you To achieve success, this role requires the following Competencies and Experience:  Basic technical understanding of IT infrastructure and Managed Services OR basic technical understanding of the Microsoft Product Suite (eg Dynamics 365) Minimum 3+ years Project Management experience  Strong knowledge of project management methodologies  Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project Ability to autonomously manage day-to-day client and project issues.
Ability to work in a billable hour target environment.
Project Management Certifications (eg PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, etc) Professional Services or IT Consulting, Management experience Experience within an outsourced or IT Project Delivery environment Note:   As part of our hiring process, you will be required to undertake a National Criminal History Check.
