The successful candidate will lead, mentor, and assist in growing your very own site team.
You will take control of new build projects across Southeast Queensland.
The immediate opportunity is to lead a Brisbane based project from inception.

Responsibilities:Lead and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.Oversee procurement, resource allocation, and subcontractor management to optimise project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance, and implement corrective measures as needed.Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.Experience delivering projects circa $15M+ as a minimum.Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, and regulations, with a focus on commercial projects.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.Proficiency in project management software and tools e.g.
