Project Manager Great Opportunity for a Project Manager with apartment or Multi Res experience, wanting to join a builder developer with a strong pipeline of projects.
What's on offer: This is an opportunity to work on a high-end apartment development project with a builder developer. You will be delivering 4 projects ranging from $58 - $140 million located in the Inner Wollongong Area.
Head Contractor: Long term pipeline of projects Location: Wollongong Area Salary range: $180,000 - $250,000 + Super negotiable dependent on experience and value you can bring. What you will be doing? In this role you'll be leading the project with a Site Manager, Contract Administrators, and subcontractors. Projects range between $58m - $140m high-end apartment development projects. You will be responsible for managing the project life cycle, liaising with all stakeholders to communicate deadlines, and encouraging a collaborative team environment leading to successful delivery of timelines & budgets.
What are we looking for? We are looking for someone that has demonstrated experience in delivering commercial new build or Multi Res projects. Ideally, exposure to projects above $40 million would help with being successful in this role. Strong ability to adapt and overcome challenges, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
