As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to organise and track project timelines, budgets, and resources. Your exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining project documentation and facilitating clear communication among team members and stakeholders. About the role: Assist in the coordination and scheduling of projects, helping to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans and logs, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date.
Act as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Support the use of project management tools, providing training, troubleshooting, and ensuring adherence to established processes.
Prepare and share internal and external reports, i.e., Weekly timesheet reports and status reports.
Support customer engagement activities, including coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and ensuring customer communications are timely and professional.
Chair & prepare a weekly engagement status meeting for all engagements across FAIR.
Maintain the knowledge base of the delivery centre of excellence to ensure a standard set of processes and templates across all FAIR practices.
Help manage resource allocation by tracking availability, coordinating assignments, and ensuring that project teams are adequately supported.
For larger projects with a heavy Pakistan team presence, the Project Coordinator will be required to act as a scrum master to ensure the Pakistan team effectively manages its daily project work.
About you: You possess 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in an Administration position in a consulting environment.
Your organisational skills are exceptional, allowing you to perform various administrative tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and monitoring project progress and milestones are key strengths.
Your communication skills are excellent.
Quality is a priority for you, and you consistently ensure that project deliverables meet stringent quality standards.
You are adept at managing project schedules and adapting to changes as needed to keep projects on track.
Desired Skills: Prior reporting experience would be desired, along with any project management tools.
Must have good time management and multitasking skills.
Highly detail-oriented and capable of applying a "big picture" viewpoint when assessing issues and determining resolutions.
Proficiency in Google Docs, JIRA, and Confluence tool sets.
Previous project coordination experience in SAP projects is highly desirable.
