About the role: The Project Manager will assist the Project Team in successfully delivering civil projects by ensuring they are delivered to budget, time and brief.
You will work closely with the Senior Project Manager and Construction Manager to ensure you are correctly guided for future success!Duties will include but are not limited to:Assisting the Project TeamProject compliance in accordance with the Integrated Management SystemProject planning and programming tasksLiaising and managing client relationshipsMonitoring the performance of construction crew and subcontractors against estimatesReporting and mitigating performance issuesReporting production costs daily, weekly and monthlyProcurement of plant, equipment and materialIssuing PMPs, SWMs, and MSDsSkills and Experience:A degree in Civil EngineeringSignificant Project Management experienceOperational experience in Subdivisions / Urban DevelopmentSignificant experience and exposure to our main client, DOTExperience in working with authorities, such as local councilExcellent client relationship managementExcellent rapport with subcontractorsContract management experienceExcellent people management skillsWhat's on offer:Secure, long-term work - Massive pipeline of projects!Career progression is based on performance, not time!Mentorship with our future leader's programWork with like-minded people who want to see each other succeedRegular BBQs, Events and Award nights.$150k - $180k + Brand new car + Super + BonusIf you feel that this is a role that gets you off your seat and want to hear more then Apply for the job and remember to include a cover letter with your CV.
