You will join a current team of 6 Project Managers, becoming the 7th.
This fast-paced environment requires you to manage multiple projects simultaneously, working with site managers to deliver projects to the client's satisfaction.

About The Role
As a Project Manager in this role, you'll lead HVAC projects from start to finish, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality standards.
You'll coordinate with a dedicated team, manage client communications, and take charge of planning and budgeting.

Duties Lead HVAC projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with Aussie standards.Dive into tenders, crafting winning packages that set the business apart from the competition.Review drawings and contracts to guarantee accuracy.Manage purchase orders, invoicing, and finance effectively.Prepare and oversee subcontractor contracts with clear scope requirements.Take charge on-site, ensuring operations run smoothly.Participate in design meetings and expertly manage scope changes.Champion quality management and resolve defects efficiently.Engage stakeholders; design and construction teams to elevate project success.Skills and Experiences Trade or tertiary qualified.5+ years of project management experience in HVAC ideally within the up to $5mill space.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.In-depth understanding of project management principles and budgeting.Proven ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.Leadership qualities and a desire to mentor others.Experience in team management and leadership skills.Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.Supportive team that values collaboration.Access to cutting-edge work and technology.How to Apply?
