About the Role: Reporting jointly to the Global people and culture team and the technology business, as the HRIS Implementation Project Manager you will be responsible for working with our system implementation partner on a two in a box basis to plan and execute the successful implementation of Workday within scope, schedule and budget. With international travel required, this role will be based out of our Southbank office located in Brisbane. Please note this is an 18 month contract role.  Your key responsibilities will include: Planning the project scoping, the definition of work packages and the interdependencies as the part of the initial project setup Defining the methodology and governance to manage the project Creating the project management plan Managing the day-to-day progress of the project throughout its life cycle including the budget and stakeholders of the project  Providing status reports to project sponsors and stakeholders Managing the risks and issues that arise over the project life cycle, as well as devising mitigation responses Managing the resources across the various projects in the project  To be successful in this role you will have: 10+ years' experience managing projects and programs in the travel / HCM space Proven experience managing full-suite HRIS/HCM implementation, with a strong preference for experience with Workday Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in project management and project management tools and methodologies Expertise in project planning, scheduling, risk management, budgeting, and vendor management Experience in data migration, integration, and global HR compliance Experience with global rollouts, managing regional HR processes, and understanding cultural differences Skilled in leading organizational change, stakeholder management, and clear communication across all levels Proven leadership in cross-functional teams, conflict resolution, and driving business transformation  ?Culture: you will be employed by an inclusive company that offers a team culture like no other in the industry -Flight Centre Travel Group Australia is proud to be a certifiedGreat Place To Work Australia New Zealand Pty Lt
