HR Technology Projects // Inception to ExecutionSouth of PerthWe're looking for a seasonedProject Manager who will manage end-to-end HR Technology projects and help our client elevate HR systems and tools.

What you'll be up to: Lead and implement HR Technology strategiesCreate project plans, track resources, and handle budgets like a proDevelop and manage systems, tools, and processes that help the HR function shineCollaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendorsDrive training initiatives to ensure they're all set for successMonitor risks, issues, and decisions, and make sure everyone is always one step aheadImplement a solid governance structure so everything is in line with processesWhat we're looking for: 10+ years of hands-on experience in project management (bonus points for HR tech projects)Expertise in business systems, project planning, and delivering IT solutionsMaster communicator with strong negotiation and influencing skillsAnalytical problem solver with a keen eye for detailsVendor management and stakeholder engagement wizardDeep understanding of IT disciplines (architecture, development, testing, etc.
)Self-motivated, with the ability to create a sense of community among project teamsExperience in business case development – you know how to get things approved!If you're a detail-oriented, tech-savvy project manager with a passion for HR technology, we want to hear from you!
