As the Project Manager within HR, you will play an integral role in delivering the people-related project activities for our next step in our transformational journey. This role will require you to lead the implementation of our new HRIS, Dayforce, as part of a global technology transformation and to act as key advisor to the project team and broader stakeholder community.Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, ANZ, and working closely with the global implementation team, the role will see you as the point of contact and SME on processes, change management, and leadership. This is a 12-month contract role with potential for extension or conversion to a permanent position, based in Sydney or Brisbane.Responsibilities include:Leading and contributing to requirements gathering in a structured manner through in-depth discovery sessions within the business, leading the way on best practice approach.Supporting the management of people-impacting communications.Providing input, documenting requirements, and supporting the delivery of training programs.Identifying, analyzing, and preparing risk mitigation tactics.Leading group training across the business with end users, ensuring best practice processes are fully understood and implemented.Partnering with the Global Project team to ensure project timelines are met and business readiness is achieved.About YouWe would love to hear from people who have proven experience working in a similar HRIS Implementation role within a similar environment, demonstrated skills in process improvement, and proven experience in aligning business and people-related needs of a large-scale change project. You have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build engaging relationships with key stakeholders and the broader global project team.A solid understanding of award and policy interpretation is a must, along with attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a continuous improvement mentality.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the challenge of implementing technology-based solutions and takes pride in getting results! While Dayforce exposure would be beneficial, it is not essential.
