Project Manager (High Security Fencing)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee and manage our high security fencing projects across Western Australia.
Based at our head office in Bayswater, WA, you will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality installations, all while staying within budget.
About the Role: Key Responsibilities Managing the planning, coordination, and execution of supply and installation projects for high security fencing across WA.Liaising with SWI colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project flow.Overseeing project schedules, budgets, quality control, and compliance with safety regulations.Working closely with a dedicated team to ensure all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.Reporting regularly to senior management on project progress and addressing any challenges promptly.Who We're Looking For Experience in the Construction Industry is essential, with preference given to those who have the right attitude and clear experience.A strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.A person who is ready to transition to a new career path, with a passion for managing complex projects and leading teams.A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and can motivate others to achieve project success.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.A strong commitment to safety and quality.Basic computer skills, including proficiency with software such as Microsoft Office and Outlook, for managing project documentation, communication, and scheduling.Organized, results-driven, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with strong teamwork capabilities.Must have a current driver's licence and own transport.Physically fit, well organized, reliable, self-motivated, with a keen eye for detail and a safe work ethic.What We Offer: Comprehensive training to ensure you are fully equipped to succeed in your role.A competitive salary range between $90,000 and $155,000, based on experience.Opportunities for career growth and development within the company.The chance to work on diverse and challenging projects in the high-security fencing sector.If you are looking to advance your career in project management and have a background in the construction industry, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
