This is a Karratha-based role, initially requiring the successful candidate to spend time on-site to familiarise themselves with the projects and the team. After this initial period, the position can transition into a hybrid FIFO role, with a schedule of one week in Karratha and one week working from Perth.The role involves managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure that projects meet client and contractual requirements. The Project Manager will establish strong client relationships and maintain effective communication with senior stakeholders, as well as providing input into tenders, customer presentations, and supporting business development activities.Note: This role is also open to technicians and tradespeople with hands-on experience in industrial hydraulic systems who are looking to transition into a project management role.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budget, and workpacks, ensuring alignment with client and contractual requirementsMonitor project budgets to ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints, addressing any variancesCommunicate regularly with senior management, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, risks, and performanceBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are managed and project goals are metIdentify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure proper risk management practices throughout the project lifecycleManage and allocate project resources effectively to ensure all tasks are completed on time and within budgetLead project teams, providing direction, support, and motivation to ensure objectives are metEnsure all deliverables meet high-quality standards and are completed in line with client and company expectationsTrack project performance, using KPIs to monitor progress against the defined scope, schedule, and budget.
