Once the tender has been won, you will then manage the project to deliver it on time, on budget and to the Evolve Environmental standard. Examples of projects would include:Civil and environmental wetlands creation and rehabilitation Creek, river, and estuary stabilisation Council based panels and natural areasLarge environmental offsets including mass planting and weed reductionYou will be based at our Head Office in Kedron, but travel will be required on a regular basis to your various projects. About you:You are a skilled Project Manager who understands the importance of building strong relationships. You enjoy finding solutions and have a team approach. To support you in your role, you will have:A tertiary qualification in Project Management, Ecology, Landscape Architecture, Engineering, Landscape Construction or other relevant disciplineCurrent Queensland driver's licenseCurrent OHS Construction Induction (White Card)Essential skills for the role include but are not limited to:Regular communication with suppliersEstimation and scopingCollaborating with management team to develop project solutionsCost advice to clientsCalculate and prepare quantitiesManage and prepare tender submissionsRequest subcontractor and supplier quotationsContract AdministrationAttending site inspections and project meetingsProgress claims and variation assessmentsWorking with onsite teams in delivery of projectsProviding updates to all stakeholdersExperience in the landscape construction or building industry is essential.The remuneration is negotiable based on your skills and experience + company car, laptop and mobile.
