What We're Looking For
We are seeking experienced Project Managers with a strong foundation in electrical engineering. Your technical knowledge and expertise will be instrumental in managing and overseeing projects from inception to completion. As a Project Manager, you will:

Lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Utilise your technical background to understand project requirements and challenges Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies Ensure the highest quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering (or related field) Proven experience as a Project Manager in a technical environment Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in project management tools and software Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Problem-solving and decision-making skills PMP or related certifications are a plus.
