Your Role Ideally based in or near Mt Gambier, SA, the role reports to the Senior Project Manager and requires you to ensure the smooth delivery of projects efficiently, on time and on budget, whilst achieving total customer satisfaction.
This will include working with the sales team, project coordinators, project managers, and team members to resolve any technical queries.
The salary guide is $130K - $150K + Super, Vehicle, Phone, and Laptop and is commensurate with skills and qualifications.
Your duties include: Review planning reports and job information for the purpose of confirming compliant design, correct materials, and safe methods of builds.
Confirm exact BOI in the system for all projects, to confirm the right product types and quantities are selected.
Review project budget to ensure costs are minimised and profit margin is optimised.
Collaborate with directors and other team members to achieve ideal results.
Update and mark up system layout plans for construction.
Create sketches and marked up photos to communicate specific details for construction of equipment on and off site.
Sketches for install details of custom or fabrication non-standard items.
Complete drawings, sufficient for the installer to clearly understand what is required to achieve a compliant finished product.
Resolve technical queries or issues that may arise and generate defects reports for workers to rectify.
Support subcontractors and attend sites across Australia for meetings.
About You Strong values that align with success, growth, and commitment to excellence.
Project Management or Project Delivery experience in site safety or access hire equipment.
Relevant or Tertiary Qualifications in site safety, engineering, construction, or manufacturing.
Demonstrated results in delivering accurate projects in the industrial or commercial construction sectors, from customer concept through to delivery.
An excellent ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with national and local customers.
A kind and courteous manner when dealing with internal and external parties.
Demonstrated experience in working closely with directors to achieve KPIs and company targets.
Excellent IT skills and sound experience at reading, drawing, and developing construction plans.
