Your functionProject Manager - 12-month contractAs a Compliance and Risk Project Manager, you will assist in the implementation, change and adoption of a key component to the Credit Decisioning platform. Reporting to the local Chief Risk Officer, the role will ensure that a business-critical timeframe is adhered to and that deliverables are of the highest standards to meet the new compliance obligations.Day to dayManage the implementation of new credit decision engine with adherence to global compliance requirements, best practice and solid project management disciplines.Work with internal development teams, testing teams and local business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project system and deliverables.Remove impediments / communicate with stakeholders.Facilitate a team environment to realise value on time, and use metrics effectively to improve the performance and quality of the team.Use the right Project Methodology for the Job at hand that meets regulatory and globally accepted controls and documentation requirements.Act as a safeguard for the team from external interference and ensure the path to change is clearly defined and understood.Ensure quality standards and a high level of professionalism is always maintained.Your ProfileA Bachelor's degree in business, finance, systems or related field.5+ years Project Management experience in Financial Services.Demonstrated Change Management and Coaching skills.Experience in working in an international (global) environment.Ability to take responsibility and be proactive on new matters and projects.Good to knowThe selection process may involve an assessment.Applications via email will not be reviewed.
