You will coordinate a team of landscapers and subcontractors to ensure the construction process is managed according to strict operating standards.
Key Responsibilities for the Role: Coordinating staff and subcontractors Ordering materials and managing deliveries Delivery of complex landscaping projects Completing projects within budget and time-line requirements and in adherence to specifications Reading and interpreting plans Liaison with key stakeholders Ensuring WHS compliance Skills & Experience Previous experience in a similar role or a minimum of five years in Commercial Landscape Construction Trade Certificate/Qualification in Landscape/Horticulture or 3+ years experience Previous proven experience managing high-end projects Current Driver's License is essential White card Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be in Australia with Australian working rights Culture This company provides stability and has a great culture with no egos!
