The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage complex electrical projects from inception to completion.Coordinate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.Supervise and mentor a team of electricians and apprentices, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.Maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.RequirementsMinimum of 10 years of experience in electrical contracting.Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field.Strong leadership and project management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Thorough knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Valid electrical contractor's license.Current driver's license.What We OfferCompetitive salary ranging from $180,000 to $200,000 per annum.A supportive and collaborative work environment.Access to cutting-edge technology and resources.How to ApplyIf you are a dedicated and experienced electrical contractor looking to take your career to the next level, we want to hear from you!
