Project Manager - Commercial & Health

Project Manager required for a successful head contractor managing projects across Health, Industrial & Commercial spaces
Due to the increase of work our client are looking to add an up and coming Project Manager to their team. Someone that is relatively new to Project Management seeking mentorship to advance their commercial career.

Tasks & Responsibilities
Liaison with project team, clients, sub contractors & consultants Lead the projects to ensure quality and safety is met though updating safety plans & incident management Responsible for the project programme ensuring accuracy Manage head contract / sub-contract delay notices and EOT's Project administration & management Monitor Quality Assurance on site & Checklists Monitor project expenditure & manage invoices / credits Project completion, defect management & defect liability period maintenance Assist estimators with tenders Manage Contracts Administrators and Junior Staff
Required Skills:
Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Similar 1 + Years Project Management experience delivering multiple of the above highlighted projects locally Our client would consider a Contracts Administrator with 5 years experience looking to move into Project Management History of mitigating risk and avoiding commercial error Proven time management with strong attention to detail Must be a team player that is accountable and driven Must be Sunshine Coast based
