Award winning, privately owned, small- medium sized commercial builder with over 30 years of proven experience. Projects range from $5-30m. Soon to be in brand new offices.
Repeat clientele within the private & public market sectors.
This experienced commercial builder originally from the Eastern suburbs has established a strong presence in the VIC market. They have enjoyed steady but significant growth and as a result of winning a number of new contracts, are looking to expand their current team.
As a business, they specialise in complete new build commercial projects up to $30m, generally targeting projects in the educational, commercial, institutional, medical, and recreation fields.
Your Requirements:Excellent communication & leadership skillsDegree qualification in Construction Management & Economics, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying is preferablePrevious experience in a dual PM/CA and the ability to autonomously run all the financials is essentialStrong industry references and tenure with previous employersLocal experience in the VIC market is a MUST.
