PM to be based in Basksia. Deliver $10m to $15m projects acorss the hospitality and education sectors. Must be commercially astue PM.

Recently, a well-deserved promotion has opened up an opportunity for a project manager / senior PM to join their team permanently.

They take immense pride in retaining their talented workforce and maintaining excellent client relations. They are looking for a Project Manager (Health Experience) who can cultivate solid relationships within the company's internal teams and with consultants, clients, and tradespeople.

This is a strategic hire as they see more opportunities in the Education and Hospitality space, where they have a fantastic reputation.

About you:

Possess a degree in Construction Management.
Proven experience in project delivery medical / Health experience (essential)
Min 5 years of Project Management (construction) experience.
Projects experience from $5 to $20m.
Ability to foster and maintain client relationships.
Advanced technical construction skills, buildability, and design management.
Proficient in team management, mentorship, and leadership
Effective communication skills
