Construction, Client Side Project Management Consultancy Your new company A boutique client side construction project management company that services various clients in the Education, Health and Commercial space, private and government. An office of 10, led by an extremely experienced and well networked Director they are looking to add 2 additional Pms to help deliver these construction related projects. Your new role 5 days a week, office based, you will oversee projects on behalf of clients managing the full life cycle from concept through to delivery, including contract award, design management and construction management. Managing Tier 1 and 2 stakeholders, architects, engineers and builders your outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills will be pivotal. What you'll need to succeed You will have a degree in a related construction discipline, construction management, architecture, engineering etc. You will have worked on major projects $30m, schools, commercial offices, hospitals, apartments, all around that Tier 1 or 2 size. You will have worked for a Tier 1 or builder or architectural firm, with strong coordination, project management experience. You will have 3-7 years post graduate experience.
