About The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Muswellbrook as a Project Manager for Construction Equipment. This dynamic role is ideal for someone who thrives in a diverse and fast-paced environment.
Reporting to the Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Coordinating and managing construction equipment services, maintenance, and repairs.
Promoting parts and service sales to meet budgeted targets.
Ensuring all work is performed safely and in accordance with specifications.
Identifying and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborating with internal departments and peers to deliver Total Customer Satisfaction.
To excel in this role, you will need:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High enthusiasm, motivation, and a drive to succeed.
Proven experience in a similar role with a track record of fostering customer relationships.
A mechanical or electrical background in construction or mining equipment with strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in administration and computer skills.
A strong focus on safety and understanding of site safety processes.
Willingness to travel within the Hunter Valley and Western NSW areas.
