Project Manager: Capital Works The Project Manager: Capital Works is a client-side project management role within the Catholic Education Tasmania (CET) Capital Planning & Infrastructure Team and is accountable for the effective delivery of building and maintenance related projects for CET's portfolio of corporate and educational facilities assets state-wide.
As a community of 38 schools and colleges servicing over 17,000 students, we are looking for a Project Manager: Capital Works who can:
Contribute to strategic organisation and master planning initiatives,Manage key relationships (internal and external) and stakeholders,Provide consultation services in relation to educational facilities planning and design, site design, maintenance and utilisation,Deliver on capital and minor works projects and programs, andProvide strategic asset and facility management activities.Some of the skills and experiences we are looking for include:
Relevant tertiary qualifications,Demonstrated experience in site master planning, space utilisation, planning and design of contemporary educational facilities to enable current and future teaching and learning methodologies, andProven history of managing simultaneous large-scale projects from inception to completion including project planning, briefing and management, and the ability to plan and manage projects to deliver successful outcomes on time and on budget.You will join an organisation that is driven by:
