Project Manager - Capital Works And Centre Upgrade

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Capital Works and centre upgrade projects across our national portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage the procurement of Capital Works projects, including contract management and negotiation.Develop and implement effective processes to optimize business outcomes.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the delivery of centre upgrade projects.Monitor progress against project plans and escalate issues as necessary.Develop and maintain a risk register for the portfolio of projects.About YouWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager who is passionate about delivering high-quality projects. You will have a strong background in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
You will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You will also have a strong understanding of relevant Australian building codes and standards.
