Project Manager Bulk Earth Works

The Role: Project ManagerPosition Overview:We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager with a strong background in bulk earthworks to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale earthmoving projects, demonstrating exceptional leadership and project management skills.This company specializes in Bulk Earthworks and the production and supply of basic raw materials from several locations across Perth.Their core operations in Earthwork projects include sand mining, crushing, screening, recycling, and contracting. With their continued growth, we are recruiting a Project Manager experienced in Bulk Earthworks and Civil construction.Ideally, this role will suit a highly experienced candidate who can contribute knowledge and work alongside a great team.Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage bulk earthworks projects from inception to completion, ensuring all aspects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or risks that arise and implementing effective solutions.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality assurance practices.Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to senior management and clients.Manage and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Key Requirements:Proven experience as a Project Manager in bulk earthworks or a similar field.Strong understanding of earthmoving equipment, techniques, and industry best practices.Excellent project management skills, including experience with budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.Knowledge of relevant safety and environmental regulations.Relevant qualifications in engineering, construction management, or a related field are highly desirable.Experience with project management software and tools is an advantage.To apply for this role, please send your Resume and Covering Letter via the seek website in Word – doc format or for further information, please call Josh at Crisdale Recruitment on .#J-18808-Ljbffr
