As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, control, and completion of specific projects, ensuring compliance with company strategy, commitments, and goals. Requirements and Qualifications Responsibilities Manage operational aspects of a project and scope Work closely with the commercial team to ensure tender margin protection, by adopting a 'right first time' approach to delivery Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities Minimise company exposure and risk on project Engage with Company processes and client liaison during the tender, design, procurement, and delivery stages of a project Ensure safety and high quality at all times Person Specification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to lead by example, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy Comprehensive understanding of engineering principles Competent in the use of IT functions Good knowledge of current market conditions Ability to work under pressure, whilst ensuring deadlines are met Extensive management and leadership skills, with a passion for quality Qualifications and Experience Must have relevant (HNC or equivalent) professional/vocational qualifications. Significant demonstrable experience in relevant industry sectors.
