You are a skilled Project Manager with experience in the construction or architecture space.
Your communication skills are highly advanced and you are able to negotiate and influence with tact and diplomacy.
You are an expert at developing and maintaining relationships with a wide range of key stakeholders.
About the Role
Reporting to the Associate Director: Major Projects, the Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing the delivery of the Aboriginal Knowledges Centre Project, a UniSA Reconciliation Action Plan commitment.
You will communicate regularly and effectively with the Office of Aboriginal Leadership and Strategy and key Aboriginal stakeholders to inform decision making for successful project delivery.
Essential Skills and Experience Degree-level qualifications and substantial experience in Project Management within the built environmentDemonstrated experience in analysing stakeholders' needs and developing robust project briefsProven ability to use effective Project Management skills to successfully deliver a portfolio of building related projectsKnowledge and understanding of technical issues and requirements for commercial buildingsDemonstrated experience in the effective leadership and management of large project teams including technical and specialist resources and external consultantsDemonstrated ability to work and manage relationships in a complex and political environment and balance a range of priorities and expectationsBenefits
