We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to provide leadership in the management of projects and program workstreams for a significant multi-year business transformation program of work.About the opportunityReporting into the Program Director, this 18-month Project Management contract will take a hands-on approach with delivering a broad range of compliance deliverables, driving engagement and communication to help build the required relationships and deliver complex and incremental change. This role will play a key role within the PMO and will be responsible for the timely delivery of milestones and the tracking of risks, dependencies, and issues. You will use, and support the improvement of, key project documentation, and the management of stakeholder relationships to ensure quality business outcomes and goals are achieved.About youYou will have proven experience as a Project Manager with a successful track record of project delivery within complex and progressive organisations, ideally working on large complex programs/projects, including managing project timeline, risks, actions, issues and other key project documentations. Experience of risk or financial crime transformation will be highly regarded. You will have a thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods, experience with Azure Dev Ops or JIRA would be beneficial. Your attention to detail and time management skills will be unrivalled, coupled with your ability to plan ahead, handle multiple tasks concurrently and work towards and meet deadlines. You will possess excellent knowledge of MS Office, with a high level of MS Excel (and ideally MS Project and Visio). You will champion your interpersonal skills and collaborative leadership style to ensure you actively promote teamwork, and will have proven and well-developed communication, influencing, negotiation and decision-making skills. Confidence to solicit, interpret and provide judgement to the information required for PMO deliverable and reports is also a must.
