About the role The Customer Projects Manager is responsible for leading and managing Customer Projects with the design, planning, negotiation, co-ordination and management of human, material and capital resources to provide a cost effective, quality service that meets key performance indicators and financial accountabilities of the business.
Key Responsibilities include Provide customer and non-customer cost estimatesUndertake monthly reporting requirements to ensure continual monitoring of financial performance including WIP, value earned, budget versus actual, forecastingProvide advice and support to project team members in undertaking tasks and implementing project plans as requiredEffectively liaise with customers, service providers and other authorities regarding contractual obligations and business objectivesProvide accurate customer information for general technical and supplyEnsure the overall project scope is adequately defined and that all contractual arrangements align with the agreed scopeProduce detailed designs of electrical distribution systemsEnsure projects are settled and closed off in a timely manner to reduce Work In Progress (WIP)About You At least 5 years' experience in a similar co-ordinating role, managing connection of supply within electrical distribution industryExperienced in all aspects of the tendering process and contract administrationExperienced in project managementWhy you should come and work for us We are a champion of equal opportunity employment and have committed to targets for gender equity and first nations representation in our workforce.
