Project Management Support Officer In the role of Project Management Support Officer, you will provide high level administrative support to the operational team staff. You will co-ordinate, maintain and manage project records within the Operational Unit and coordinate and organise the delivery of essential administration services and information to both internal and external clients.
Accountabilities include: Provide accurate, timely and confidential support to management and project teams, including preparation and distribution of project and other documentation, project document control, and maintaining the project records management system. Ensure the efficient management of all project correspondence so that all issues are prioritised and directed to the appropriate officer for action. In liaison with project managers, monitor project expenses and invoices as required, including administration of purchasing practices such as corporate card transactions, travel and cab charge costs. Assist in the completion of monthly reports in consultation with the project managers and participate in operational plan activities and project work as required. Mandatory requirements: Valid Queensland "C" class driver's licence or equivalent. You may be required to travel to other locations to undertake activities for varying periods of time. You will be entitled to expenses and allowances for such travel. Criminal history screening will be conducted on the recommended person for this role. Why work for RoadTek?
