Project Management Support Officer In the role of Project Management Support Officer, you will provide high-level administrative support to the project team staff.
You will coordinate, maintain, and manage project records within the Mackay Operations Unit and organize the delivery of essential administration services and information to both internal and external clients.
Some accountabilities include: Manage Operations Manager (OM) emails and calendar, prioritizing emails that have deadlines for the OM and Resource Manager.
HR duties, including creating forms such as higher duties.
